Welcome to All Saints, and to the 19thh Sunday in Ordinary Time, 9th August 2020. We value all our volunteers and parishioners. Please read the current newsletter, page 2 for Vulnerable and High Risk workers / Volunteers, in light of the current events affecting Queensland, and refrain from attending or serving if you are unwell.

Mass Date Claimers: Saturday 8th August, 9am – Feast of St Mark of the Cross

Saturday 15th August, 9am-Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Kindly note the cut-off time of Wednesday 10pm leading up to that weekend. For all weekend Mass bookings , go through the link at: https://www.trybooking.com/BKCIW

FYI: As per the Industry COVID Safe Plan for Reopening Places of Worship in Qld -- Do we have the legal right to turn people away if capacity is reached?

Yes, you do. It is a difficult thing to do, but necessary to limit the number of people in a building for both public health and contact tracing. It is recommended that organisations with smaller places of worship run multiple services and set up a “pre-booking” system to avoid rejections at the door.

To all those involved in the liturgical ministry rosters, please know that with the easing of restrictions for mass attendance, we will let you know when the rosters will be back and operational. In the meantime, please know that you are in our prayers.
